Throughout my career, I have built a strong professional network and gained extensive experience in negotiating with top-level executives and government officials. I have a proven track record of conceptualizing bold international growth opportunities and developing far-reaching execution strategies.

After qualifying as a chartered accountant, I founded and grew several successful businesses, including a 200-employee data coding outsourcing venture, an Afrocentric clothing manufacturing and distribution operation, and an ISP
Later, I led an NGO in collaboration with the World Bank and Central Bank of Nigeria, increasing financial inclusion among Nigerian women by 15%. I was then approached by IBM to establish their global corporate citizenship strategy in Africa and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Currently, I am engaged in the field of executive education, collaborating with partners and direct clients globally to design and deliver executive education and professional development courses in Sustainability, ESG, CSR, Strategy, Leadership, and Management.
I am also Head of the Committee for Doctoral Conference at Warwick Business School and a Practice Fellow, in addition, I lead the ‘Climb with Remi – Challenge for Cause Initiative’ to create awareness of Nigerian societal challenges through community engagement.

Through my doctorate research at Warwick Business School and our company – Human-Dynamics.io – I ensure that leaders can successful grow their companies – whether day to day, during a transformation or after an acquisition. Through statistical analysis we use communication data to plan, measure and change the human infastructure of an organisation to ensure growth.
I am a Forbes contributor and international speaker and previously have been Chairman of Pod Group, an advisor to InnovateUK and author of ‘The WEIRD CEO’. I am an expert contributor to the national and international press about the future of work and the effects of AI (including BBC Radio 4’s ‘Positive Thinking, Keeping Humans Relevant At Work’, a 30 minute discussion on human skills at work).
My interest in this subject is as a result of the change process I implemented as CEO of Pod Group to push individual initiative and responsibility (to prepare for A.I.) by changing the work environment – even letting employees choose their own salaries.
Dr. Hamad Buamim is the Chairman of the Board of DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre). Previously, he served as President and CEO of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce from 2006 to 2022, where he spearheaded key business transformations in Dubai and chaired the ICC World Chambers Federation in Paris from 2018 to 2022.
Buamim also holds several other non-executive director positions, including the boards of National General Insurance, Deyaar Properties, and Dubai Islamic Bank.
He earned a Doctorate of Business Administration from Warwick Business School, UK, where he also serves as a regional chair and a member of the university’s global advisory board. He holds an MBA with honors in Finance from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
